FRANKFURT, July 6 (Xinhua) -- German stocks rose on Monday, with the benchmark DAX index up 205.27 points, or 1.64 percent, to close at 12,733.45 points.
Deutsche Bank won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 3.90 percent. Automotive manufacturer Daimler and semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies gained by 2.92 percent and 2.86 percent respectively.
Global internet technology and financial services provider Wirecard and personal-care company Beiersdorf were the only two losers among the blue chips, down by 20.64 percent and 1.77 percent respectively.
German insurance and financial services company Allianz was the most-traded share, with a turnover of 184.0 million euros (208.4 million U.S. dollars). Enditem
