Vietnam records no new COVID-19 cases

HANOI, July 8 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam reported no new cases of COVID-19 infection on Wednesday, with its total confirmed cases remaining at 369 with zero deaths so far, according to its Ministry of Health.

Meanwhile, three patients were given all-clear on late Tuesday and two others were declared to be clear of COVID-19 on Wednesday, bringing the total cured cases in the country to 347, Vietnam News Agency reported.

Vietnam has recorded no local transmission for 83 straight days while nearly 11,400 people are being quarantined and monitored in the country, according to the report. Enditem
