HOHHOT, July 31 (Xinhua) -- North China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has compiled and published a collection of Manchurian-language historical archives, which date back to the late Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) and years between 1912 and 1949, according to the regional archives administration.

The original documents of the archives record military and border affairs, transportation and trade during that period in New Barag Right Banner of the city of Hulun Buir. Many archives describe the trade and social exchanges between China, Mongolia and Russia.

The compilation work is a national archive protection and development project, and now six volumes of the compiled archives have been published in the Manchurian, Mongolian and Chinese languages.

The compilation and publishing of these Manchurian archives provide reliable and precious historical materials for research on the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, said Qimuddorji, director of the Center for Mongolian Studies of Inner Mongolia University. Enditem
