YEREVAN, Aug. 3 (Xinhua) -- Armenia on Monday reported 52 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, bringing its total to 39,102, according to the country's center for disease control.
Data from the center showed that 111 more patients have recovered in the past day, bringing the total number of recoveries to 29,861.
Meanwhile, eight people died during the same period, raising the death toll to 762.
The center said over 167,095 people have been tested for COVID-19 since the country reported its first case on March 1. Enditem
