SKOPJE, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) -- North Macedonia's confirmed COVID-19 cases totaled 12,083 on Tuesday after health authorities reported 141 new infections in the last 24 hours, the country's health ministry said in a press release.
So far, the COVID-19 pandemic has claimed 529 lives in North Macedonia, up by one in the past 24 hours.
According to the health ministry, 8,248 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have recovered, while 3,306 cases are still active.
As of Tuesday, health authorities have conducted a total of 117,475 tests since the COVID-19 outbreak on Feb. 26. Enditem
