Construction of the Peljesac Bridge in Croatia is now underway despite the COVID-19 pandemic. It's a project under the framework of the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). The continuous construction of the bridge, along with other Belt & Road projects in Europe, boosts people's confidence in recovery of local and global economy.
