HAIKOU, China, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) -- China's national sports training southern base is being constructed in China's southern island province of Hainan.
The training bases are located in nine cities and counties in Hainan, including sailing, windsurfing, beach volleyball, surfing, badminton and other sports.
Hainan has unique geographical advantages, including comfortable temperature and good air quality in winter, which is suitable for the winter training of various sports teams.
