RAMALLAH, Oct. 13 (Xinhua) -- Palestine on Tuesday reported four new fatalities from the novel coronavirus, raising the total number of deaths in the Palestinian territories to 459.
In a press statement sent to Xinhua, Palestinian Health Minister Mai al-Kaila said that two of the new deaths were recorded in the West Bank districts and two in the Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, the Health Ministry reported 516 new cases infected with the COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections in the Palestinian territories to 56,467, the minister added.
Palestine currently has 6,676 active cases, the minister noted. Enditem
