JAKARTA, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- Indonesia recorded 4,411 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, bringing the total tally to 349,160, the Health Ministry said on Thursday.
Meanwhile, it reported 112 more deaths to raise the country's death toll from the coronavirus pandemic to 12,268.
According to the ministry, 5,810 more people were discharged from hospitals, raising the total number of recoveries to 273,661.
The virus has spread to all the country's 34 provinces.
Specifically, in the past 24 hours, Jakarta recorded 1,071 new cases, West Java 590, Central Java 472, West Sumatra 363 and East Java 267.
No more new cases were detected in the North Kalimantan province. Enditem
