TOKYO, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands around the 105.37 yen level in early deals in Tokyo on Friday.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 105.37-38 yen compared with 105.37-47 yen in New York and 105.21-22 yen at 5 p.m. on Thursday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1706-1706 dollars and 123.33-37 yen against 1.1702-1712 dollars and 123.36-46 yen in New York and 1.1736-1738 dollars and 123.48-52 yen in late Thursday afternoon trade in Tokyo. Enditem
