YEREVAN, Oct. 18 (Xinhua) -- Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed on a new "humanitarian ceasefire" in the Nagorno-Karabakh region starting midnight (2000 GMT) Saturday, the two countries' foreign ministries announced on Saturday evening via identical statements.
