NYS COVID-19 test positivity rates trend mixed: governor

NEW YORK, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- The COVID-19 test positivity rates in New York State trended mixed on Monday, as the rate in the "Red Zone" focus areas, where the pandemic has been the most severe, was 2.91 percent, lower than the 3.31 percent one day earlier, tweeted Governor Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday.
