The National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai will host the China International Import Expo (CIIE) in early November. The first exhibit, W380 cold recycler by German company Wirtgen Group, arrived at the venue on Friday. It's the first time for the German company to participate in the CIIE. Reports say the W380 cold recycler can halve the time required for road repairs. So far, 98% of exhibits of the CIIE have arrived in China. The construction of exhibition booths is expected to be finished by Nov. 2. Personnel are required to test negative for COVID-19 before they are allowed into the venue. Disinfection of trucks, exhibits and the venue is also required to ensure epidemic prevention. The 3rd CIIE will be held in Shanghai from Nov. 5 to 10.
