BEIJING, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- China's industrial capacity utilization rate stood at 76.7 percent in the third quarter of 2020, up 2.3 percentage points from Q2, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
The utilization rate in the first three quarters was 73.1 percent, down 3.1 percentage points from the same period last year, the NBS said in a statement.
The mining sector's utilization rate in Q3 came in at 73.9 percent. Manufacturing capacity utilization rate was 77.2 percent, while that of the production and supply of electricity, thermal power, gas and water stood at 72.8 percent. Enditem
