Overseas Indonesians testing positive for COVID-19 reach 1,670

JAKARTA, Oct. 26 (Xinhua) -- Two more Indonesians living abroad have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the number of overseas Indonesians testing positive for the virus to 1,670, the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Monday.

The two new cases affected the Indonesian citizens living in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.

Of the total cases, 1,203 have recovered, 152 died and 315 are still under medical cares.

Most cases occurred in Saudi Arabia, amounting to 267 infections, followed by those in Malaysia 168, Qatar 155, Kuwait 138, and the United States 105. Enditem
