A new mode of school-enterprise cooperation has been encouraged in China, with more training projects designed based on the needs of local economic development as well as enterprises. In Tibet, such mode of cooperation has seen fruitful results. Tibet Vocational Technology College in Lhasa has been collaborating with a local tourism and culture company for three years during which 80 students have found jobs.
