YANGON, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) -- The total number of COVID-19 cases in Myanmar has increased to 80,505 as of Monday, according to a release from the Ministry of Health and Sports, with 1,259 more infections.
The death toll of COVID-19 reached 1,765 with 26 newly reported deaths on Monday in the country, the release said, and 59,888 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.
A total of 1,037,450 samples have been tested for COVID-19 so far.
