New Zealand reports 4 new cases of COVID-19

WELLINGTON, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) -- New Zealand reported four new cases of COVID-19 in managed isolation on Saturday, said the Ministry of Health in a statement.

Three of the new cases were recent returnees from overseas. The remaining was a member of the Pakistan Cricket squad, and previously other six members have tested positive.

There are currently 69 active cases of COVID-19 in New Zealand, and the country has recorded 1,694 cases in total, according to the ministry.

Laboratories across New Zealand have completed 1,266,944 tests to date.

New Zealanders are urged to stay vigilant and keep contact tracing during the annual Black Friday sales on the weekend.

New Zealand is currently at COVID-19 Alert Level 1 with no restriction on public gatherings. Enditem
