HONG KONG, Dec. 17 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 jolted 60 km WSW of Mendi, Papua New Guinea at 16:08:28 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 31.33 km, was initially determined to be at 6.3903 degrees south latitude and 143.1637 degrees east longitude. Enditem
