TBILISI, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- Georgia reported 3,064 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, taking its national total to 212,526, the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health said.
Of the new cases, 1,241 were confirmed in the capital city of Tbilisi, the center said, adding a total of 188,408 patients have recovered while 2,182 others have died as of Tuesday.
Georgia reported its first confirmed COVID-19 case on Feb. 26. Enditem
