MINSK, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- Belarus reported 1,804 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, taking its total to 232,298, according to the country's health ministry.
There were 2,378 new recoveries registered in the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 216,744, the ministry added.
So far, 1,619 people have died of the disease in the country, including nine over the past 24 hours, it said. Enditem
