TUNIS, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- Tunisia has strongly condemned the twin suicide bombings which occurred on Thursday at a market in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.
In a statement, Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned these suicide bombing attacks which caused a large number of civilian victims.
"Tunisia expresses its solidarity with the Iraqi government and people, and expresses its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims," reads the statement.
The ministry reiterated Tunisia's solidarity with "the brother state of Iraq in its war against all forms of terrorism and violent extremism."
