TOKYO, Jan. 22 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands around the 103.50 yen level in early deals in Tokyo on Friday.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 103.50-54 yen compared with 103.43-53 yen in New York and 103.52-53 yen at 5 p.m. on Thursday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.2165-2169 dollars and 125.92-94 yen against 1.2164-2174 dollars and 125.90-126.00 yen in New York and 1.2119-2120 dollars and 125.46-50 yen in late Thursday afternoon trade in Tokyo. Enditem
