The China Railway Jinan Group Co., Ltd. has been boosting the business of its "Qilu" freight trains to Europe and other parts of Asia by steadily streamlining cargo flows in recent years. A total of 1,506 "Qilu" trains left Shandong in 2020, a year-on-year growth of 42.9 percent. These trains have served as "accelerators" to Shandong's opening up under the Belt and Road Initiative.
