New Zealand reports 3 new cases of COVID-19 in managed isolation

WELLINGTON, April 29 (Xinhua) -- New Zealand reported three new cases of COVID-19 in managed isolation and no new cases in the community on Thursday.

Two newly imported cases came from Pakistan, with the source of another case to be determined. All three people have remained in managed isolation and quarantine facilities in Auckland, according to the Ministry of Health.

Seven previously reported cases have now recovered. This brings the total number of active cases in New Zealand to 23. The total number of confirmed cases is now 2,257, said a ministry statement. Enditem
