Zeng Hongjuan, who was born in the 1990s, is a tour guide at the Beijing Auto Museum. Since taking this job, Zeng has been always thinking about how to introduce automobile knowledge and development history to the audience in plain language. In Zeng's opinion, a qualified tour guide should not only understand the content of the explanatory words, but also be able to give detailed answers when visitors raise questions. To achieve this goal, Zeng writes explanatory words every day, and works very hard to learn knowledge about cars whenever possible. She also led virtual tours with her colleagues via livestreaming, which was particularly welcomed during the COVID-19 pandemic and attracted a big audience in 2020.
