RIYADH, July 25 (Xinhua) -- Saudi Arabia announced on Sunday that the tickets of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix are for sale, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The first Formula One Race in the Kingdom will be held from December 3-5 in Jeddah. The event will feature various car sports, fun and cultural activities.
Organized by the Saudi Ministry of Sports in collaboration with the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, the Formula One Grand Prix comes in a 15-year partnership with F1.
About 40 percent of the tickets would be on sale, but the percentage might be increased based on the spread rate of COVID-19, the ministry said.
Saudi Minister of Sports Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal said that the Saudi Grand Prix would prove to the world that the Kingdom is the destination of the most prestigious global races. Enditem
