TIANJIN, Jan. 17 (Xinhua) -- North China's Tianjin Municipality reported 80 locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases on Sunday, according to the city's health authorities.
Among the new cases, 54 were mild cases and 26 were moderate cases, the municipal health commission said at a press conference on Monday.
As of Sunday, a total of 294 locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases and 22 asymptomatic cases have been detected in the latest resurgence. ■
