RABAT, Feb. 16 (Xinhua) -- Morocco have signed with the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the European Union (EU) two financing agreements to construct 150 rural schools in the North African country, official RIM radio reported on Wednesday.

The deals consisted of an EIB loan of 102.5 million euros (about 116.5 U.S. dollars), matched by a 23.3 million euros grant from the EU under the Neighborhood Investment Platform, the report said.
