MOSCOW, Dec. 7 (Xinhua) -- Russia registered 6,935 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, bringing the nationwide tally to 21,635,764, the official monitoring and response center said Wednesday.
The nationwide death toll increased by 58 to 392,400, while the number of recoveries grew by 6,794 to 21,037,111, it said.
Meanwhile, Moscow reported 1,727 new cases, taking its total to 3,265,364. ■
