ACCRA, Feb. 26 (Xinhua) -- At least 16 people were killed when two buses collided head-on in Ghana early Friday, a local official said.
A number of passengers were also seriously injured in the collision, which happened at around 1:30 a.m. local time on the Accra-Kumasi highway, Acting Public Relations Officer of the Eastern Regional Police Command Francis Gomado told local media.
It was not clear how many passengers the two KIA Granbird buses were carrying. Enditem
