SAN FRANCISCO, June 13 (Xinhuanet) -- A delegation from Qinhuai District of Nanjing City, east China's Jiangsu Province, and experts from Stanford University of the United States had an in-depth dialogue in Silicon Valley on Thursday focusing on future city development.
With the theme “Innovation ecosystems for future communities,” the Nanjing-Silicon Valley City Forum is one of the events of the 2019 Nanjing Tech Week.
The district delegation, experts in innovation strategy from Stanford University, and industry leaders from both sides attended the forum.
Martha Russell, Executive Director of mediaX at Stanford University, delivered a speech on “The Innovation Ecosystem of the Digital Community”, focusing on the visions and development possibilities for future city.
Participants also discussed impacts of big data on people’s lives and cultural legacies.
