China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) analyzed its 2019 Annual Report through video live streaming on Sunday, explaining its business and development strategy.
During the reporting period, its core business witnessed steady and fast growth, with operating revenue reaching 105.210 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.6 percent.
At the same time, the company is also exploring new business in metropolitans, with a focus on areas like the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and cities such as central Zhengzhou, Wuhan and western Chengdu.
Till now, 79 New Industry Cities are under construction, among which 22 start to make profits. CFLD is optimistic about the prospects of these projects.
