China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) ranked 473 on Forbes' 18th annual Global 2000 list which was issued lately.
CFLD has maintained a steady growth over the years.
According to its 2019 Annual Report, the company’s operating revenue reached 105.21 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.6 percent.
The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 14.61 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.4 percent.
Overseas organizations have given positive comments on the stable performance of CFLD in recent years. Credit Suisse Research Institute pointed out that thanks to the effective cost control, CFLD profit growth is in line with expectation. At the same time, the steady development in the business of the new industrial city can provide more support for its profitable growth.
