The US-China think tank dialogue is ongoing right now in US capital Washington DC.
Former senior government officials and scholars from both countries are in attendance. This high-level dialogue comes before the result of South China Sea arbitration is announced on July 12th.
Many experts think this might ease tensions on the issue, and provide a platform for China to clarify its stance.
