Revealed: Wayne Rooney’s horror gash

    The Manchester United striker took a boot in the face from team-mate Phil Jones in training ahead of the 1-0 defeat to Liverpool last weekend.

    Team-mate Theo Walcott described the injury as “like something out of a horror film”.

    And these pictures shows Rooney, 27, has indeed copped a nasty one.
