THE HAGUE, June 18 (Xinhua) -- Dutch Police said they have arrested a van driver after a hit-and-run incident that left one dead and three injured.
The vehicle was also seized.
The incident took place around 4.00 am local time (0200GMT) in the southern city of Landgraaf, near the site of a three-day music festival that draws thousands of fans. The van fled the scene after hitting people, local media reported.
It was not known immediately if it was a terror attack or an accident.
The police will hold a press conference in the afternoon.
