3 injured as small airplane crashes in Dubrovnik

ZAGREB, July 25 (Xinhua) -- A small airplane crashed on Wednesday at Dubrovnik Airport in southern Croatia while landing, Croatian aviation news portal AvioRadar reported.

According to latest information, all three persons who were in the plane were injured, one seriously.

The Cessna 182L Skyline was flying from Graz, Austria to Croatia's renowned tourist destination Dubrovnik, but crashed at around 4:30 pm local time while landing.

The Dubrovnik Airport was closed for 40 minutes because of the accident.
