RABAT, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- A Nigerian national was arrested at the Mohammed V International Airport in Morocco's Casablanca over cocaine trafficking, the Moroccan police said on Sunday.
According to a police statement, a total of 1.85 kg of cocaine in capsules was removed from the stomach of the suspect at a hospital in Casablanca.
The suspect was on a flight heading to Sao Paulo, Brazil, the same source said.
The man has been remanded on custody pending investigation under the supervision of the public prosecutor.
