South Korean President Moon Jae-in delivers a speech in Seoul, South Korea, Aug. 15, 2018. Moon Jae-in said Wednesday his country will deepen trust with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) in the upcoming summit with DPRK top leader Kim Jong Un.
