Heavy explosions hit government building in Mogadishu

MOGADISHU, Sept. 10 (Xinhua) -- A suspected car bomb went off Monday at the office building of Hodan district in Somalia capital, Mogadishu, witnesses said.

Witnesses said the explosives-laden vehicle rammed into the Hodan district headquarters and exploded.
