NAY PYI TAW, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- Trilateral peace talks between the Myanmar government, the army and 10 nationwide ceasefire accord (NCA)-signatory ethnic armed organizations (EAO) kicked off here on Monday to continue resolving matters in existence through negotiation.
