Dollar changes hands in lower 113 yen zone in early trade in Tokyo

TOKYO, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 113 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Monday, principally in line with its levels in New York late last week.

As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 113.13-14 yen compared with 113.17-27 yen in New York and 112.96-97 yen at 5 p.m. on Friday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1397-1398 dollars and 128.95-99 yen against 1.1384-1394 dollars and 128.90-129.00 yen in New York and 1.1437-1438 dollars and 129.20-24 yen in late Friday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
