RABAT, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- The flows of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Morocco hiked 41.5 percent in the first 10 months, the foreign exchange regulator said Sunday.

Morocco attracted 3.2 billion U.S. dollars between January and October, up from 2.25 billion dollars a year earlier.

In the first 10 months, remittances from some 5 million Moroccan expatriates decreased 0.1 percent to 5.8 billion dollars, while Morocco's tourism revenues increased 0.2 pct to 6.47 billion dollars.

Tourism revenues and expatriates' remittances are the main sources of Morocco's foreign currency reserves.
