YANGON, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- A 4.0-magnitude earthquake Wednesday jolted Myanmar's western Rakhine state, according to the meteorology and hydrology department.
The slight quake struck at 00:19 a.m. local time, the department said.
Its epicenter was 43.5 km east of Minbya.
No damage has been reported so far.
