ALGIERS, Dec. 3 (Xinhua) -- Saudi and Algerian businessmen met here on Monday as part of a business forum co-chaired by Algerian Minister of Industry and Mines, Youcef Yousfi, and Saudi Minister of Investment, Majid bin Abdullah al Qassabi.
The forum is held on the sidelines of the visit of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman who arrived in the North African nation late on Sunday.
The forum discusses investment opportunities between the two countries.
According to a statement of Algerian President Office, the visit of the Saudi crown prince aims at "consolidating distinguished bilateral relations, and giving a new impetus to bilateral cooperation, as well as boosting partnership and investment projects and opening new horizons for businessmen in a bid to increase trade exchange and expand economic partnership."
