Vietnam, World Economic Forum to ink deal on building Industry 4.0 Center

HANOI, Jan. 23 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam plans to sign a cooperation agreement with World Economic Forum (WEF) at its annual conference on building an Industry 4.0 Center in Vietnam and a letter of intent on collaboration in plastic waste treatment, Vietnam News Agency reported on Wednesday.

Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc left for Davos, Switzerland, on Tuesday night to attend the annual conference of WEF held from Tuesday to Friday under the theme of "Globalization 4.0: Shaping a Global Architecture in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution."

Phuc's presence at WEF Davos this year will be a chance to propagate Vietnam's socioeconomic development and international integration achievements in 2018, as well as deliver its major policies, orientation and measures on socioeconomic development.
