U.S.-NEW YORK-CHINESE NEW YEAR-CELEBRATION

Around 2,000 people watched a performance celebrating Chinese New Year on Saturday at Brookfield Place, an indoor commercial area in Lower Manhattan of New York City. Arts Brookfield, an initiative of real estate corporation Brookfield, staged around 10 programs lasting more than one hour, in partnership with non-profit New York Chinese Cultural Center (NYCCC). The performance is one of scores of activities in February in New York City to celebrate the Year of the Pig.
