PARIS, Feb. 16 (Xinhua) -- Three people were killed after their vehicle collided with a truck in Briancon town in southeastern France early Saturday morning, a local newspaper reported.
A car with six people on board collided with a truck at about 5 a.m. local time (0400 GMT). The other three passengers were seriously injured and have been transported to a hospital by helicopter, Le Figaro said on its website.
The truck driver was also injured but was in stable condition.
Police have not revealed the cause of the accident.
