YANGON, April 8 (Xinhua) -- Eight people have been killed and 21 others injured in a car collision in central Myanmar's Magway region, said a release of the Home Ministry Monday.
The accident took place when a truck loaded with fuel and heading from Monywa township, Sagaing region to Myaing township, Magway region, was hit by another truck from the opposite direction on Sunday morning.
The injured were sent to Myaing Hospital for treatment.
Drivers from both trucks have been charged with negligence.
